Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network is a North American business networking organization dedicated to the advancement of women in commercial real estate. CREW Network was founded in 1989, and aims to build an organization of local, progressive chapters combined with a national agenda to advance the success of women.

CREW Network members represent all disciplines of commercial real estate. Members comprise more than 8,000^{[citation needed]} commercial real estate professionals in 68 chapters across North America.^[1]

CREW Network supports the careers of its members through its industry research initiative, delivery of targeted educational and professional development sessions, business networking forums and other services. Additionally, the CREW Network organization is working to increase diversity within the industry by bringing awareness to all girls and women of the commercial real estate careers available to them^[2], through its Career Outreach Initiative, Scholarship Program, CareerZone site and CREW Careers: Building Opportunities and UCREW programs
